1. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM local time, and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time.
2. Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival. If your room is not ready, you may leave your belongings with our reception team and enjoy the hotel facilities in the meantime.

1. The minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Guests below 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

1. A deposit of SGD 100 nett is required upon check-in, on top of the total room charges. This will be collected at the hotel upon arrival.

1. Requests for a high floor, quiet room, connecting room, or smoking room are subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel. While we are unable to guarantee these requests in advance, we will do our best to assist where possible.
2. Smoking rooms are only available on Level 4. All other rooms from Level 5 to Level 16 are strictly non-smoking. The designated outdoor smoking area is located outside the hotel.
3. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and all other smoking devices is strictly prohibited indoors. Failure to comply will result in a SGD 300 fine.

1. Our ibis Queen and ibis Twin Bedrooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old, sharing existing bedding. The Family Room can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child under 6 years old, while the Triple Room can accommodate up to 3 adults only.

1. Yes, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours daily, so our team will be available to assist you even if you arrive on a late-night flight. You may wish to inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time so we can note it in your reservation.

1. Yes, you may leave your luggage securely with us before check-in or after check-out on the same day. Please approach our reception team for assistance. Luggage storage is subject to space availability and is provided for hotel guests only.

1. Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival.
2. For guaranteed early check-in from 8:00 AM, an additional charge of SGD 70++ applies. Guests may approach our Reception Counter upon arrival for assistance.

1. Bidet sprays are not available in our rooms. However, each bathroom is equipped with a standing shower and standard toilet facilities.

2. Laundry tokens can be purchased at the Reception Counter. Each token costs SGD 8 and is valid for either one wash or one dry cycle, up to 4kg per load.

1. Yes, wheelchair-accessible rooms and selected hotel facilities are available at ibis Singapore on Bencoolen, subject to availability.
2. Please indicate your request at the time of booking or contact the hotel in advance so our team can assist with the necessary arrangements.

1. For your peace of mind, the hotel is equipped with CCTV in public areas and key card access to guestroom floors.
2. Our Reception team is available 24 hours daily to assist guests whenever needed.

ibis Singapore on Bencoolen is easily accessible from Singapore Changi Airport by taxi, private hire car, or MRT.

By taxi or private hire car:
Taxis are available at the airport arrival halls. The journey to the hotel takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs around SGD 20 to SGD 35, inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.

By MRT:
Guests may also take the MRT from Changi Airport. Travel time is approximately 29 minutes, and fares are around SGD 2 to SGD 6.

Rochor Station (DT13)
Approximately 5 minutes’ walk to the hotel.

ibis Singapore on Bencoolen is conveniently located near three MRT stations:

Bencoolen Station (DT21)
Approximately 5 minutes’ walk to the hotel. Take Exit A, turn right, and walk straight along Bencoolen Street towards the hotel.

Rochor Station (DT13)
Approximately 5 minutes’ walk to the hotel. From the station, walk along Bencoolen Street towards the hotel.

Bugis Station (EW12 / DT14)
Approximately 10 minutes’ walk to the hotel. From Bugis Station, walk towards Albert Centre and continue along Bencoolen Street to reach the hotel.

Guests may use any of these stations depending on their route, with Bencoolen and Rochor being the closest MRT stations to the hotel.

For guests with early flights, please approach our Reception or Restaurant team for assistance with the available early breakfast option.

Our breakfast buffet includes a variety of items, including no pork/no lard and vegetarian options.

Please note that the hotel is not halal-certified. Guests with specific dietary requirements may approach our Restaurant team for assistance, and we will do our best to advise on suitable options available on the day.
