Lift Upgrading Works Update

We are currently upgrading our guest lifts to further enhance your stay experience, with works taking place between 8:30am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday, and 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the completion of the second guest lift will require an additional two weeks. During this period, you may experience some intermittent noise while works are ongoing.

We are pleased to share that both service lifts have recently completed their upgrading works and are fully available for guest use during this interim period.

Directional signages are in place to guide guests to the service lifts. Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to approach our colleagues, who will be happy to assist you.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue improving our facilities for your comfort and convenience.

Room Features

Single (with special access), double, triple or quad occupancy rooms, each featuring the signature Sweet Bed by ibis, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and virtual meetings, functional workspaces with practical desk lighting, and a 43 inch Smart TV with Chromecast for seamless screen sharing and streaming entertainment, including Netflix and YouTube.
