Notice of Lift Upgrading Works

We are currently upgrading our guest lifts as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your stay experience. Works are carried out between 8:30am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) and 10:00am to 3:00pm (Saturday).

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there has been a delay in the overall completion timeline, and one additional lift is temporarily out of service. During this period, guests may experience longer waiting times and some noise while works are ongoing.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to improve our facilities.

Single (with special access), double, triple or quad occupancy, each with Sweet Bed by ibis and 43 inch smart TV with screen sharing feature and more.
